About our studio

A small Berlin studio that loves quiet, useful workdays.

We started Shineherb because we kept seeing teams drowning in good intentions and back-to-back calls. So we built short, friendly programs that actually fit between meetings.

Our story

Born in a co-working space, shaped by office life

The first version of our programs was a single shared notebook of small workday rituals. People kept asking for copies, then for live sessions, and finally for a full library their teams could plug into.

Today our studio runs from Friedrichstraße in Berlin and partners with offices across Europe and North America, but the spirit is the same: small habits, run gently, repeated often.

  • Founded by experienced workplace facilitators and writers.
  • Programs co-designed with operations and people teams.
  • Reviewed every quarter to stay current and kind.
What we believe

Four ideas that guide every program

Kind by default

Office life is hard enough; our tone stays warm, never preachy.

Light to carry

Short sessions, simple templates, no heavy software to install.

Honest about results

We share what works, what is still being tested and what we removed.

Built with teams

Every program is co-created with the offices that will use it.
